Terms of Sale
- All packages are shipped via the US Priority Mail.
- Shipping Charges can vary depending on mailing location. We will email you the difference.
- Insurance is included in shipping costs for totals over $100.
- Orders over $350.00, shipping and insurance will be recalculated according to actual shipping rates.
- Visa, Master Card are accepted.
- Money orders should be made out to "S & S Sutler of Gettysburg".
- We will no longer accept personal checks.
- Merchandise charges will be made on your credit card when shipped.
- PA residents add 6% tax on cost of the ordered merchandise (exclude shipping).
- Layaway items must be paid in full within sixty (60) days unless other arrangements have been made.

- There is a fifty (50%) non refundable deposit required on all Custom Orders.
- Balance is due within thirty (30) days of notification of completion of the order unless prior arrangements have been made.
- If the balance is not paid within the thirty (30) days, the order will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be placed on the rack for sale.
- The fifty (50%) deposit you paid will be retained for a restocking fee.
- NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
Exchanges & Returns (non custom orders)
- If you have a problem with any item, please contact us immediately.
- Items may be exchanged within 5 days in unused, unaltered condition for exchange or refund.
- Buyer pays shipping costs on all returned items.
- All returned items will be charged twenty (20%) of the purchase price for restocking fee.
- No alterations will be made on clothing.
- Return items must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
- Shipping & handling charges are non refundable.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
